How are the transfer suggestions picked?

We take popular players (owned by 5% or more) with the weakest five-gameweek model points, doubts first, and pair each with the best affordable replacement in the same position. A move is listed only when it gains at least two points over five gameweeks; in our backtest the real gain was about half the predicted one.

Model v1 estimate over the next five gameweeks, using today's form for every week. In a three-season backtest the points actually gained were about half the predicted gain, so treat small gains as a reason to keep your free transfer.
